We had a wonderful stay at this traditional ryokan. Everything from the Japanese-style room with a view of the city and mountains to the delicious and extensive breakfast made this a truly memorable experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating in spite of the language barrier. We particularly appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities and the helpful transportation information.

Great for a night in the countryside. Room had a nice view of a garden where we could hear birds chirping. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of dishes to choose from. The hotel is in a quiet place, far from the noises of the city.

Finding the hotel was difficult. The location is remote and not easy to spot.

The traditional Japanese decor and ambiance of this inn were lovely and really added to the experience of my business trip. the staff were polite and accommodating, offering helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and sights to see. the location was convenient for my business needs and provided easy access to transportation.

The room I was given did not meet my expectations. the bedding was uncomfortable and the noise from neighboring guests kept me up at night.
